Quin Global USA is overjoyed to welcome Wesley Keel to the team!
Wesley joined the Quin Americas team in January. With 18 years of sales experience in the construction industry, including 10 spent in canister and aerosol adhesive sales, Wesley is uniquely suited for his role as Business Development Manager for the South-Central Region of the U.S. Prior to joining Quin, Wesley was a National Sales Manager with another firm and helped train hundreds of sales reps how to successfully sell adhesives.
Born in Dallas, Texas, Wesley grew up in Arlington, Texas and is a proud native Texan! He married his lovely wife 20 years ago on a beach in Jamaica and now has an 11-year old son and a 9-year old daughter. He also has an active Golden Retriever that feels like having a third child! In his free time, Wesley like to work out (his favorite downtime escape), ride dirt bikes and 4-wheelers and spend time outside camping and fishing. He also loves traveling with his family to cool vacation spots around the world. If there is an adrenaline-fueled activity, Wesley is probably all-in, whether it’s bungie jumping or free-falling. The way to Wesley’s heart is with Mexican food and you might just see him sipping coffee at any hour of the day as it’s his favorite drink (who can blame him?!)
As a Business Development Manager, Wesley is responsible for educating and supporting our distributors and end users in the South-Central Region (Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Colorado). His advice for someone just starting in adhesive sales is to learn as much as you can about how adhesives work and how they interact with substrates.
For him, the best thing about working with the Quin sales team is the awesome people with a strong Family First mentality, the energizing leadership, and selling what he feels are the best products on the market. Said Wesley, “We listen to our customers’ needs and identify or create adhesives for their application process. That makes a huge impact in the adhesives industry, especially with the changes we see with the methylene chloride ban. We put customers’ needs first.”
As a veteran of the adhesives industry, when asked what sets our company culture apart Wesley said, “Quin is filled with people who care about other people and work together to achieve a goal.
