Quin Global USA is happy to welcome Kyle Talley to the team!
Kyle Talley joined the Quin Global team in November, 2024. With a Theater degree and 15 years of customer service experience, he is uniquely suited for his role as Customer Support Specialist at Quin. Kyle was born and raised in Richmond, VA and went to college in Newport News, VA. After school he moved to Chicago, where he lived until 2019. Fun fact: Kyle was a professional comedian for 8 years in Chicago and has sold two web series to Amazon Video! When he married his lovely wife they moved back home to Virginia. In addition to Kyle’s “wonderful, talented, beautiful wife” Karen, his family consists of a 3-year-old Sheepadoodle named Della.
Outside of serving Quin customers, Kyle enjoys reading, camping, hunting and just shooting in general. He also sings in his church choir and has been playing TTRPGs with old Boy Scout friends since he was eleven. He also loves history and going to living history sites (his favorite is Kyle was a theater major in college and still enjoys doing live theater. You might catch him snacking on his favorite food, fried chicken livers, or sipping a Dr. Pepper, like a proper southern gentleman.
As Customer Support Specialist, Kyle is responsible for making sure that the customers have their needs met. His advice to new team members is to ask Trenton (Hilzendegger), because he knows mostly everything. Said Kyle, “The best thing about working with the sales team at Quin is the growth potential in the Inside Sales team; so much opportunity for success!”
When it comes to company culture, Kyle likes that Quin is dedicated to employee work-life balance. “Family comes first here. Also, Quin has a level of integrity I have not seen in any industry. We are providing a high-quality, American-made product and doing so with the highest integrity and innovation,” Kyle stated.
